Ingredients

40ml Devils' Row Gin

40ml Sake

25ml Homemade Cucumber and Lime Cordial 

10ml Elderflower Cordial

2 Dash Peach Bitters

5ml Citrus

Homemade Cucumber and Lime Cordial

Peel 3 limes and place peels in a mixing pot

Peel cucumber and chop fresh and place with lime peels

Cover with sugar and leave for minimum 1 hour

Squeeze the juice of the 3 limes and add to the mixing pot with a spoonful of citric acid and stir

Filter liquid and your cordial is ready
