Devil's Delight

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Devils’ Row gin
• 1 oz lemon juice
• ¾ oz simple syrup
• ¼ oz grenadine
• 1 egg white (optional)
• Slice of lemon
• Ice cubes

Instructions:

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, grenadine, and egg white (if desired).
2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a wheel of lemon, if desired.
